They'll certainly listen and do what ever they can to help you get back on the road again proptly. I highly recomend them! Tried trading in my bike for a older bike and my bike was worth more and Steve still wanted $2600 to boot. If the NADA is a guide for buying and trading in vehicles why don’t dealers use it. CROOKS
Got there 10 minutes after close and they came out and offered us water on this ridiculously hot day and even let us shop for a few minutes qhile we cooled down. Great people! Thank you so much for your hospitality and i love my new vest.🙂
I walked into Budke power sports at around 515 pm yesterday with every intention of looking at dirt bike gear, absolutely no one offered any help, I’ve been looking for a Harley, turns out they have a 2017 road glide as well as a 2017 Electra there that I was eyeballing, still nothing! To top it off, my wife not knowing any better went over by the parts department where there are bikes to be worked on, that are owned by Other people... swung her leg over one and say on it.. still nothing! awesome service. had a stator issue and they got me back on the road. thanks to Brian, Sam, and Derrick! they were very knowledgeable and helpful to get me back on my trip to Sturgis.

Do not let them service your bike. No fluid put in primary. Brakes not checked, lost clutch, and brakes. Was in South Dakota on needles highway when brakes went out. They are going to kill someone. I will be contacting corporate And Budke’s will be dealing with attorneys. Gave them an opportunity to make it right, they won’t return phone calls and owner blew it off.
Not much of a Harley Davidson dealership. Very disappointed after a long drive to get there.
