The staff is very friendly and helpful
Wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Place is a slump. Paid $92 my husband had to sweep the floors because the room wasn’t clean wrappers in drawers, junk on the floor a whole bottle of body soap in the bathroom, chapstick in the freezer and the heat barely works. This place didn’t deserve to be paid $10 to stay the night let alone $92.
I am super suspicious that this place has as many stars as it does. There are people living here long term, manager knew people coming in and out. I guarantee they're offering discounts to write good reviews. Lady told me to plug in my fridge when I get to room because they clean behind it. It was unplugged but I don't know how they cleaned when there were haunted house sized cobwebs on the ceiling. Room also had cockroaches. Immediately went back downstairs got my money back and left.
