I was assured, in person, that if I wasn't satisfied with the window cleaning job that they would make it right -- even if it meant returning to the job. The company's website even claims, "Guaranteed service" and "I don't leave until you're satisfied." Well, I wasn't satisfied; the following day when the sun was shining through the windows, I noticed a number of windows that were quite dirty.
