When we first come to fort hood we had no kind of transportation so we went to Budget Used Cars and that's when we met Walter ! He worked with us and made sure we left with a car . Now , about two years later , we went back to get another car from him and he hooked us up ! Beyond upset. Bought a beautiful car with low miles, carfax checked out, nice sales man....next day it WOULD NOT START. We charged the battery, wouldnt start. Tried everything, wouldn't start. They take it say its the battery, get it to start and give it back. Here we are less than a month in and it has happened again. This time no help from them.
