Budget Tub and Tile Refinishing

Had my shower refinished in 2021 by Budget Tub and Tile Refinishers. Have had to have it redone previously due to chipping. We have been pleased so far until now. There is a 5 year waranty. I now need it done again and have tried texting and calling numerous times over the past few weeks and no reply. Are you still in business and honoring your warranty??

I needed my entire bathroom refinished but wanted to the tub done first to see the quality of work. My bid included sanding, prepping and refinishing a tub. Ryan barely sanded anything so there are major blemishes that show through the new finish. He also chipped tile in multiple places when removing the old caulking. I asked to get a small discount to make up for the damage and bid discrepancies but after an initial offer to redo the work he didn’t respond to my texts.
