I’ve lived at several Budget Suites since 2007. The 1st was on Industrial & Stardust. One on Charleston, 3655 W. Tropicana. I currently live at 4205 W. Tropicana for over a year. I believe this is the best one. It comes with all utilities included with Paramount + and Showtime 2 if the room has a TV. They have several floor plans with different options. Bunch of low life thieves staying there second time I’ve had tools stolen working in front of this poor excuse of an apartment complex stay away from this ghetto place if you value your things
I can say that the front office work with you they kind of understand your situation. And Jeff the manager is a reasonable person that you can go speak to if you have any situations. Basically everybody that's working behind the counter, is okay.
The staff here has been Beyond Comparable to any other apartments I've even lived in. The level of customer service is so felt and appreciated. Also surprisingly quiet area and very beautiful property.
