I've been here for 2 weeks and it's honestly been a breath of fresh air. Diane in the office helped me initially and did a great job setting me up and making me feel welcomed. She explained everything thoroughly and really knows what she's talking about so be sure to listen and she'll probably answer your question before you even ask it lol :) I met the general manager too as well as some of the other staff like the maintenance guys and everyone has been great. I had a staff member relocate from another state to Las Vegas. The Budget Suites staff Did a great job helping her to get checked in. They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with and very professional ; the whole process. was very simple And took about 25 minutes. The room was clean. The carpets were recently cleaned. It smelled fresh. There was no issues at all. Everything was great.
