I needed a quick place to stay and safe. 🙏
Very nice and clean Budget Suites. Employees are nice and they keep up on all maintenance. The only down fall is the wii fii, you pay $7.50 for 1 week code but the signal is no good.
Today at approximately 6:20 p.m., I went to the office to reload my laundry card. The older lady with glasses who assisted me was extremely rude and disrespectful. She informed me that I was no longer allowed to reload my laundry card because I was moving out today. When I tried to explain that I had already spoken with the manager, Marcos, and that he had authorized it, she turned around and walked away while I was still speaking, without giving me the opportunity to finish what I was saying. $1500 for a place that is actively falling apart, smells absolutely horrid, and the management is rude and dismissive? You're better off renting someone else than this dumpster fire.
