We've lived here for quite a while, the location is fantastic. It seems like anywhere I've wanted to go is about 20 mins from here. It's easily accessible from both Loop 12 and I35E. Management here is great as are all the staff, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. I've never seen a single roach in here, ever. This particular budget suites it’s OK. There are roaches is where you at you went next-door to a restaurant so don’t expect the roaches but at 2 o’clock Saturday morning My Husband and I woke up to some people arguing outside we heard someone say they have a knife. I called the office. I knew that the office was closed but at least thought they would have a security department of someone like that. They can answer the phone when no one is there in the office. It’s rats living in there wouldn’t recommend
location is great, however this property sucks. i stayed from February-July in 24 and my time wasn’t enjoyable. Firstly, roaches EVERYWHERE! woke up with roaches in the bed with me, in the shower, in the kitchen. you basically move in with them. had mold on the AC, and in the bathroom. Secondly, management SUCKS! will walk into your place whenever is convenient for them.
