Denise was such a patient helpful person. She led me in the right direction to exactly what I needed. It wasn't even her location, but guided me to what I needed. She really went out of her way to help me. I thank her so much.
I want to give a positive review on my recent long term rental at Budget Store and Lock Self Storage in Easton PA. Denise, who manages the facility, went above and beyond to help with our storage needs. Five stars for her! She is always so friendly and helpful and is knowledgeable to making sure our storage needs were met. And, the facility is amazingly clean, welcoming and well-maintained. I highly recommend this storage facility.

We purchased our motorhome in 2019 and have been storing it at the Glover Rd. location since then. Three years ago, we acquired a motorcycle trailer, and Budget Store & Lock accommodated both vehicles in our RV spot without any additional charges. We have been very satisfied with the value and customer service, and the staff has been excellent to work with. We have since relocated to Myrtle Beach and no longer require their services, but we would recommend them to anyone seeking storage solutions.
Denise was very kind and extra attentive to my needs for a hectic move. It felt like being in a long time’s friend living room. This is business with a warm touch. Simply the best.
