Called owner about a job. The company came out fixed the problem but as he did a zone check of the system we found that a pipe had burst on one side of the house, The company agreed to come back to fix the pipe. Hurricane ****** came and went and I called again to get Budget Sprinkler to come and fix the pipe. An appointment was scheduled for Thursday 10/24 or Friday 10/25, but Friday was not a guarantee on my part. I called Thursday to see when Budget would be there and he said Friday. Budget Sprinklers crew were quick and efficient installing my new sprinkler system. Donald set up the watering schedule then patiently showed me how to re-set the new timer if need be. The work was reasonably priced, and he's since finishing the job has helped me over the phone with saving money on the water bill with the watering schedule. Thanks Guys

The fine man on the other end of the line responded to legitimate questions from my fiance' with "you're stupid" and then hung up. When I called him back, he said "she's too stupid to live" and then hung up again. Since her primary language is Mandarin Chinese, I suspect he has a low tolerance any ethnicity too far removed from whatever his own is. He was unprofessional, belligerent and offensive.
