I recently visited budget optical and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and the selection of frames was impressive. However, I was disappointed when they refused to provide a copy of my prescription, which is just a little over two years old. This policy felt a bit restrictive and inconvenient, especially since I wanted the prescription for my own records. Overall, while the service and products were good, the lack of flexibility regarding prescription copies was a letdown.

Doctor is one of a kind. Super friendly and down to earth love sharing his stories and makes your eye appointment a very pleasant visit. Definitely recommend his service. Book ahead so you dont have to wait.
