We had a very disappointing experience during my daughter’s scheduled appointment. We were given a 5:30 PM time and arrived on time, only to be made to wait for 45 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I was told the appointment was at 6:20 PM. I showed the message confirming 5:30 PM, and the staff had no response. What a worst experience it was! 3 weeks ago I purchased a glasses which is worth more than you think! I recently visited budget optical and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and the selection of frames was impressive. However, I was disappointed when they refused to provide a copy of my prescription, which is just a little over two years old. This policy felt a bit restrictive and inconvenient, especially since I wanted the prescription for my own records. Overall, while the service and products were good, the lack of flexibility regarding prescription copies was a letdown.
