We had a great experience. They were very up front with pricing & information. Due to the Craigslist add, we saw a truck we liked. Billip (like Phillip, but with a "B") was so nice, & with the help of the fiance department, we were able to make a deal. We knew they wanted to make a sale & they knew we wanted the vehicle. However, we didn't feel pressured to buy. We are very happy with our purchase, & everyone was so pleasant to work with.
Everyone here was really nice we had the pleasure of meeting sandy. I was looking for 4w4 but that was a little over my budget sandy helped me out a lot she gave me a list of cars that were in my priced range and that I got approved for. That's when she showed me the jeep liberty took me on a test drive and I was hooked! Micheal from financing made sure I got the best deal on my insurance! I walked into Budget Motors just wanting to test drive a car. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first purchase of a vehicle on my own. The staff was very friendly and gave me lots of information on the car. They let me test drive it in the snow and answered any questions that I had. Before I knew it, I was presented with a deal. After some time, I was able to get the deal I had been looking for. The staff was willing to work with my funds and the financial assistance after was also very helpful.
We just bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox and our experience was great. They spent all day working with us to get the payment we needed. They were super nice and patient with us first timers and didn't give us the run around or false hope with our bad credit like the bigger dealerships had. We did have a bit of an issue with the car two weeks later where the solenoid gave out, but we gave them a call and even though we bought the car "as is" they replaced it for us free of charge the next day. Runs like a charm! Thanks guys!
