Prompt, and understanding they do excellent work and stand behind there word and the owners son is a workaholic and works circles around everyone that i saw him working with ointment at my place!!!!!
If he does not haul it away, they will pile it up. I was disappointed the way they left the tree limbs and stumps on my grass. It was not suitable for the trash man because it was piled up. No reasoning or customer service.

Jaime Duron, owner of Pride of Texas Tree Services, (tree services affiliate of Budget Lawn Care) did exactly what I needed at a very competitive price. Excellent work. Cleaned up the work area, cut and stacked trimmed branches and removed all debris. He's on my short list.
Quoted a price for a job. Had to recontact them 3 weeks later. Gave the excuse they had equipment problems and could not do the job. The job was storm damage in a ravine behind the house that destroyed the fence. Do not believe they wanted the risk, which I could understand. But equipment problems? How about just the truth. Like they were not going to fix their equipment?
