the're great until you pay for the cabinet, but if you have issues with the cabinets after they are delivered you're on your know. Poor customer service excuses after excuses. Don't recommend.
RecommendedI absolutely love my new kitchen from BKG Design. I worked initially with Terra and she came up with a great design. I then worked with Taylor who was very thorough with all the details of the remodel and she kept in touch during the entire process. The quality of the cabinets are great and the remodel work and installation done by Sean/Mac construction was exceptional. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and would recommend BKG Design.
A few years ago I enlisted the services of Terra Frey at BKG Design for my kitchen remodel. She was friendly, detailed, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. This year I decided to personally build an outdoor bar and grill and went back to Terra for the granite countertop. Our kitchen is not our dream kitchen. The designer is incredible at what she does with your space. She is so helpful in every way. The owner is absent from job. He doesn’t reach out to the customer to see how his construction team is doing on the job, or ever stops in to see how the job is coming along. The process of buying cabinets and granite was incredibly easy. The staff were so friendly and explained every detail and step along the way. Our kitchen area has transformed into such a beautiful and tranquil space. I highly recommend BKG. They are amazing!
I did not know where to start when I decided to start the remodel of my kitchen. I emailed BKG and they sent me a rendering of what my kitchen could look like after providing initial measurements and photos. As I near the final stages of the remodel, I would not change a thing! BKG Design is a great company to use when remodeling your kitchen! Noelle was patient and professional, and designed our kitchen to maximize the space. Her background in interior design also came in handy when my husband and I couldn't decide between the many options provided by BKG. I cannot thank her enough for providing excellent customer service! I would highly recommend BKG!
We enjoyed EXCELLENT customer service and design support from Terra. She was totally responsive --returning email inquiries after hours. When the builder of our new home abandoned us she managed to apply some discounts to our order. HIGHLY recommended!
