Recommendedreal nice motel real quiet and just remodeled
No question asked when I came just for a shower, due to a power outage just down the street from Budget. ALWAYS a smile no matter what hour, clean, kind and helpful. Thank you Budget Inn!! I appreciate your time Sir :0)
My two friends and I were driving home from a wedding and stopped in Williamsport. About an hour before arriving, I looked on Hotwire on my phone and found this hotel advertising one double bedroom for three people (max 4) at about $67 for the night plus tax. To confirm availability, I called the hotel and inquired with the receptionist, who told me there was availability for a double bedroom for three adults at $69.99. Stayed here overnight. Got last room in hotel and not an available room around. Room was filthy and old. In the morning I brought a few things to owners attention, after telling him i was NOT looking for a refund, but wanted him to be aware of issues. (I will post pcs) He instantly became angry, was going to call police to remove me, told me he had my personal info, and was going to put me on " bad customer" list and I would never be able to get a hotel room anywhere again. Wow!
The lady at the front desk was "VERY" rude , we traveled an 8 hr trip from TN to PA and called in advance to make sure that a room was available and it was, however when we got there she told us that we would have to rent 2 rooms because we had 2 teenage children with us and they couldn't stay in the room with us, I said to her "they are minors" and she told me that in the state of PA 12 years old was considered an adult. My fiancée and I paid for one week and then found a cockroach in our room the second night there and when management refused to rectify the problem we had to call the local police department to make him do his job. After telling the police he would refund the remainder of the money back onto the credit card I used he then proceeded to refuse to do so calling me a liar and claiming that it WAS NOT A COCKROACH but I have the pictures of it to prove it. They are all disrespectful people
The woman at the front desk was very disrespectful to me and had a very negative attitude , I called to speak with the manager who was very nice about it at first, until I said I was thinking about putting a review up about the way I was spoke to... he then proceeded to get loud with me and tell me if the review was not legit they would investigate and sue me, and told me not to come back and stop wasting his time.
