Well I'm reserved two rooms for me and my fire crew to come stay and help out with the fires around madras. Tried to cancel cause I'm in Washington on a fire so the folks in Washington decided to hold on to us budget inn wouldn't cancel reservation and I still had to pay even though I want be in madras.

No Kleenex Floors need mopping, I went barefoot in the room and my feet were black. Very convenient for me. Office help very nice. Air conditioning was so loud it was terrible

Don't stay at this hotel unless you want to be extremely frustrated. The customer service is non-existent, non-responsive, and deceitful. They don't answer their phone unless you're trying to reserve a room and they don't come to the office when you ring the bell. They force you to pay in advance for your entire reserved stay, and if you try to check out early they say they will refund the money for the days you didn't stay even if you check out prior to the deadline. The room was small, but very clean. The shower stall was hard to turn around in, but at least it had one. The bed was comfortable and the lady that checked us in was very nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
