I reserved a room here because it was cheap and I'm on a tight budget. The man at the front desk was friendly enough but it took 10 minutes for him to realize I was there, even though a younger guy who evidently works there was wandering around and did not acknowledge me. The room was filthy. Needed thoroughly cleaned. Made reservation for a king and non-smoking, got a queen. Smelled of so much smoke we had to go buy an air sanitizer (Ozium). Bathtub needed cleaned with CLR. Shower curtain was dirty, literally, dirt marks, as well as iron rust stains. Sheets were dirty. Furniture was ripped. Electrical outlet missing cover. Walls dirty. Had to have help getting to my room. Considering cleaning the room just to prove it can be done. See attached pictures.
We booked this room thinking the pool was open and after they let us pay. We went to our room and the room keys didn't even work so we never checked in. Went back to the front asked for a refund and the manager told us know. It wasn't the girl at the front desk fault on her first day but management should have approved a refund since we never stepped foot into either room. We were told there would be a refund since we never stepped foot in the rooms and going on 2 months no refund. I would not recommend this hotel.
