I just had a bad experience at the Budget Inn on 687 E. Market St. Harrisonburg, VA 22802 in December, 2010. They charged $40.00 for a cold motel room. Front desk did not increase the heat. I was informed that there were no refunds. The attendant explained to me condescendingly that the room was 65 deg and he appeared to rationalize away my discomfort. In contrast, the nearby Motel 6 at 10 Linda Ln charged me $39.95 for a clean, modern, warm room.
