Had them at my home to unplug toilet. They said water flowing into bowl too fast and line was plugged with toilet paper.? Called them back out after one flush. It was plugged,. The wanted another fee of $250.00. They claimed they flushed toilet at least 30 flushes. I never heard of 30 flushes. They wanted another $250.00 and we said no. They we’re telling the truth about the thirty flushes.they were there about 30 minutes though.

I highly recommend Budget Home Services. I had to have a hot water heater replaced and they were very informative of the process and got the job done in a timely manner. And to boot Anthony and Mike were super nice. If your looking for a plumber I'd would definitely give them a call.

I strongly recommend Budget Home Services for their plumbing work. They provide competent, excellent customer service. It was a pleasure to work with Anthony on the complex process of replacing our entire sewer system plumbing. This included tunneling 57 feet under our home to remove and replace the cast iron broken lines. They cut & replaced concrete as needed; and completely cleaned both the back and side yards. The work is commendable and the personnel are very considerate. This business earned 5 stars!

This company deserves a 6 rating. Price, People and Service is hard to come by these days but Budget Home Services checks all those boxes. I needed a plumber because of the winter freeze to fix a burst pipe. I saw their crew in the neighborhood and they were nice enough to come by to assess and price the work. They worked me into their schedule and 8 days later they came out and did a very professional job in a short time for a good price. They weren't price gouging people like many other companies were. Had to find a plumber to fix broken pipes from the freeze. Called these guys they quickly responded and during the inspection Nick suggested I replace my aging water heater.I had looked into this last year getting prices for a tankless water heater so I had a pretty good idea what they charged. Nick gave me a price that was almost half as much as what I was quoted last year by some of the bigger plumbing companies in Houston. Misleading, overcharging, just really awful. In short, our water heater broke down suddenly as the weather was getting colder. We are a family with children, so I moved fast, found this company online stating that they come out with no charge and give the best prices. They came out the following day, Mr. Nick ******* and a helper, recommended replacement of the water heater (tankless). He left and came back 15 minutes later, and gave me a quote of $2850. My air conditioner quit working and it got up to 95 degrees in my house. Budget Services was the first company to call me back. Brett came out and tried to fix it; however, I needed a new system. He scheduled the installation for 2 days later, but left a window unit to keep me cool in the bedroom at night. Johnny and his crew came out and installed the ac and furnace unit within 4 hours. They were very professional and were wearing masks. I was super pleased with their service.

A friend told me about Budget Home Services, they have been to my home 3 times now in the past few months. They are reliable, on time, friendly, well kept and very professional. I highly recommend!
