Brought car here for a hood latch. They tried to pry my hood open instead of doing it properly on a lift and took a chunk out of our bumper smh. Since Tim was dealing with my wife he started with the "it's ok hun", "hun" this and "hun" that, because she is a female he told her he would get some touch-up paint to fix the gouge out of my bumper.
