I was initially concerned about the coordination needed with building management, but the roofing installation was completed efficiently and within the agreed timeline. The crew kept me informed throughout the process and ensured all safety measures were followed.👌

After comparing a few quotes, this roofing company offered both a reasonable price and a detailed plan for installing our new flat roof. The installation was completed in two days, and so far, the workmanship has held up well against recent rain showers.

I expected a thorough repair and while they did identify the leak's origin and patch it up efficiently, communication about the timeline could have been clearer. The entire process took most of the afternoon, which was longer than anticipated due to waiting for some materials to arrive.

The problem turned out to be extensive water damage that required a complete roof replacement, and unlike our previous experience with a different company, this crew managed to finish the job efficiently in three days. They also took the time to explain how the new materials would help prevent similar issues in the future, which I appreciated.

The roof leak repair was completed within the afternoon, which seemed appropriate given the complexity of locating and sealing multiple problem areas. It's been a few days since, and despite some light rain, there's no sign of moisture reappearing.
