I’ve used them for many years for carpet cleaning in our rental properties, along with help for water damage and flood-related cleanup. I usually try to save money and go with the lowest price, but I’ve learned it’s much better to hire a carpet cleaning team with real training, experience, and the right equipment to do the job correctly. Miguel and Johnathan arrived within the expected time window, wore booties inside, covered the lower appliances, and set up a temporary exterior door to help keep the A/C in and bugs out. Luis and Miguel cleaned the carpet in my 3400 square foot home and 40 foot motorhome, and the results were excellent. They were professional, careful, and used the right carpet cleaning products and equipment to get a deep, thorough clean. Their experience in the carpet cleaning industry really showed, and they knew how to treat different carpet areas for the best possible outcome. They also took great care to protect my furniture, walls, and corners by using corner guards and other protective tools during the service. The w... read more

He did a thorough carpet cleaning and odor treatment, and the room smelled much better after the first visit. He also let us know that pet stains can sometimes need another treatment since cat urine can be stubborn, which I appreciated because it wa... read more

I highly recommend Budget Empire Carpet Cleaning. The technician was very friendly and professional from the start. My carpet had heavy stains from pets, family gatherings, and a lot of foot traffic, so it really needed a deep carpet cleaning. After the service was done, the carpet looked amazing and felt fresh and clean again. It honestly looked almost brand new. The carpet is a very light gray, and I did not think it could ever come back this well. It had not been professionally cleaned often, so I was surprised by how muc... read more
