My overall experience with Brite Smile was pleasant and the staff put me at ease. The staff are always courteous and friendly. They explain what procedures needs to be done and made sure I understand completely before performing any work.
I work nights & sleep days, so I was drowsy thru the entire cleaning. Staff was friendly, service was fast & painless; in & out in about 40 minutes.
I am so thankful I found Brite Smile and their team! I will say I’ve never experienced a more caring, patient centered practice! Thank you to Dr. Hu, Shasta and the team for making feel so at ease, I felt as if I was their only patient, and they were were busy! I wish I had gotten all their names, the front office team was outstanding! I had no pain during and after the procedure to include today and I had a lot of work done. I have found my new dental provider and team!
