This is a wonderful collection agency. They collect on all debts, and are always very professional.
Budget Control Services is a crap collection agency. Medical offices, among other businesses, surprisingly hire them to collect debts. I told they guy that the person he's looking for is dying in a hospital. He dared ask me what the name of the hospital is, what the person's lawyer's name and phone number are, without ever saying anything halfway decent such as, "Oh, I'm sorry." These people are jerks, who subscribe to the arcane belief that the harder they push the more money they'll get.
Had no issues with this company. Thought insurance covered the debt owed, they didn't, I paid it. The rep that called me was very polite, ensured she was talking to the right person, told me what the bill was for and helped me get it paid without it hitting my credit.
