This company is incompetent at best not to mention criminals. I brought a brand new cooling unit that was a lemon from day one they returned every month from date of install because it never ran properly even after manufacture requested they return it. After several years of incompetence they came out stripped the unit of its copper and told me I needed a new unit. Coldest week of the season and my furnace igniter goes out. Sorry to report this company left me in the cold when i wanted to repair the unit instead of buying a new one. $112 for the trip out just to give me the finger cause it didn't result in a sale , never even bother to send me a quote. What a horrible way to treat your customers.
