Worst rental car experience of my life. Had a car reserved with them, but their electronic platform must be from the 1800s because it kept reading an error message and after an hour they simply said they couldn't give me a car with no work around. No manager to speak to on site or on the phone. Total joke of a shop that should be out of business (and the guy working the front desk couldn't be less helpful)
They never answer the phone then they hang up on you and that's very inconsiderate and the one guy had a bad attitude like I did something to him never rent here again
Customer service above and beyond !!! Thank you for hiring a professional and knowledgeable counter agent. I really appreciate the good service it made my DAY!!!
