These guys are scammy. They will say everything is all good and then send you off on your way. They wait until you have left and then you'll get an invoice with extra charges. If you have to rent from them, make sure you close out the bill before you leave and make sure you get a receipt. Or they will add extra items to the bill that you never agreed to.
I've rented here on multiple occasions and while there have been issues with the cars we initially receive, the staff always has helped us get what we need. They've upgraded our car for no extra charge in these scenarios so I'll keep coming back!
Worst rental car experience of my life. Had a car reserved with them, but their electronic platform must be from the 1800s because it kept reading an error message and after an hour they simply said they couldn't give me a car with no work around. No manager to speak to on site or on the phone. Total joke of a shop that should be out of business (and the guy working the front desk couldn't be less helpful)
