Fred was fantastic
The car was great, clean as new and the staff helpful, although they increased the final amount of my rent by $150+ arguing that the total we agreed on was before taxes, which wasn't true. (It doesn't add up on the final receipt). But, since we didn't establish that on writing, there is nothing I can do. Good car and good lesson for the next opportunity. PS: they answered this review but just as formality, not looking for honoring their word.
Horrible customer service!!!! I was told to call customer service and cancel my original reservation so they can start a new reservation. I got charged twice!!!
When you return the vehicle, always make sure you get a receipt in person. These guys will take any chance to tack on extra charges. I called in advance to ask for another day. They said it's "the daily rate plus like $12" but wouldn't give me a total. In reality they charge you $20 if you change the return date. For 1 extra day, they tried to charge me $120 extra. When I asked for a receipt they changed $120 to $98. Which is still over what I expected.
