Our flight into Key West was delayed several hours. When we finally landed at 8:00p.m. on Sunday, June 15th, the Budget desk was closed. We called the 800 number; the recording said no one was available and to "call back tomorrow." We had to take an Uber to our Air BnB that evening...thankfully, we only had to go a short distance and Key West has Uber service!
