What inconsiderate crap people this place is. They give you reservations and when you show up they tell you no cars available
Horrible, save your time and energy. Took way too long to get the keys for our rental and when we finally did get our car the inside had a heavy musk smell that never went away during our entire trip. The worst part only came when we misplaced our rental key in our luggage. We went through 5 “representatives” who spoke very little English and transferred us to different departments who were equally of no help. Ultimately we towed the car back. Tip: Always take a picture of your gas gauge, keep your fuel receipt, and clearly state when you return the keys that you have proof and will dispute any extra charges. ******** I recently rented from Budget at the Key West Airport and was very disappointed with their billing practices.
