I should have left this a while ago, but I can't say enough about how they helped me out. We rented a car from Budget for our family vacation. The day we were supposed to turn the car in we had a medical emergency requiring us to go to Miami. They helped me by making a new reservation and letting me keep the car and turn it in in Miami. Thank you so much for your help and flexibility and taking one worry off my plate during that stressful time.
Been traveling for work for 20 years, but this time I was there on vacation. We rented a car to explore the other islands, but when I arrived at the Budget counter, the car was not ready. Kim M (I believe that was her name) was the best rental car employee I have ever interacted with. She seemed actually concerned about getting me on my way and quickly found a solution. Don’t rent from them! They rent you cars over the phone, take your payment, but then don’t have cars available. It ended up costing us over $1,000 dollars. Had to get another rental car for $200 more, missed our flight (Miami), had to get a hotel, etc,etc … and all they said was “sorry, this happens all the time here”. No reimbursement Update: 25 days later: No refund, even after I submitted receipts. They suck! No one at counter to pick up out rental!
Show up to pick up my car. And had no vehicles available. Only larger cars which they wanted to charge me extra for. Will be avoiding them in the future
