Let me first say that the employees at this location are very hard-working and kind people. They deserve 5 stars for the staff at the Birmingham airport, but if I had to rate budget as a company, I would give it maybe two out of five stars. That morning, I rented a vehicle from the Pelham location and it wasn’t the car I was supposed to get because the car I was supposed to be assigned needed an oil change So I wasn’t allowed to take it. Noah Bates- well we had a reservation at 6:45 for our 7 o'clock rental, and got there to find out that we needed paperwork that we didn't have on us so we were denied our rental and now missing our paid four day trip bc we have no car! Noah Bates
Great rates and customer service
We were walk in customers without reservation because we had one in the other company and they denied car from us. So we needed a car, and we needed it fast. Customer service at Budget was amazing. Our problem became their priority, and they managed to solve it! The lovely lady at the counter definitely deserves a rise - just saying!
