My rental broke down due to a mechanical malfunction on the second day of my trip. On the day I was supposed to return home I was forced to travel a total of 6 hour from where I was to get a replacement vehicle. I was told they provided a voucher, however the voucher only covers a portion of the ride so I was charged 188.00 by uber. If I could give this place a negative 5 I would If my rental is scheduled for 9:30.Why would you wait 15 mins before to call and tell me after I have already paid for the insurance for the rental.That you no longer have cars available? Unorganized,Unprofessional and just down right stupid all around.
