When i went to the location on Saturday, March 28th at 8am, the time I reserved to pick up a 7 passenger minivan or something similar because I was going out of town that day with friends I was told that there was no vehicles available for me to rent. I was asked if I wanted to downsize my vehicle to a 5 passenger because someone had just returned a vehicle. This location has completely gone downhill. I would drive a long distance to come to this specific location because I loved the customer service. Now it’s so unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

I have a Slight issue a few days ago and I voiced my opinion and it was Resolved ASAP, Thanks a lot to Ms Danielle who reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue, She was very professional and helpful, So I’ll definitely continue to do business with Budget, And thanks to Ms Shaye from the Lanham location who helped me, She was also very nice and helpful, And to the Manager at the same Lanham location thank you Sir , Way To go Budget

I’m very Disappointed in Budget, I’m a long time Customer, But this time I’m not happy, I Currently have a Car now for a Month, Will return it on March 20th , Come to Find out the Registration and the insurance paperwork in the Glove compartment they both are Expired, I would like an updated Copy of both of them please, Need someone to reach out to me ASAP, it’s a Silver 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, I picked it up at the Lanham location, I have to put almost a gallon of Washer fluid into it, The Car runs pretty good, If you guy... read more
