I rarely do reviews but felt this Budget car rental deserved one. To start I always book National when flying into Pasco but they were full along with Enterprise, so my only option was Budget. I read the reviews to try and understand why they were not booked and based on all the bad reviews I figured that was why. I am so frustrated by this rental location. The car rental was ok, but what came after has been a nightmare. I never received a rental agreement or receipt and I left my personal car/home/ work keys in the car rental (after an emotional celebration of life event). I then tried calling the location but it is not possible to speak to a representative/ human in any way whatsoever. There is no way to make a lost and found claim, or talk to anyone about anything, and they have not contacted me about my keys... which, I guess, how... read more
Beware of this location if you ever need any kind of assistance such as roadside assistance or lost and found, impossible to contact them. Over the last week I have tried calling more than a dozen times, trying every option in the phone tree multiple times and have still not been able to contact anyone or leave a message and there is no online option either. If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service in Pasco is grossly incompetent. The customer call centers cannot help with anything other than reservation changes and are unable to put you in contact with local stores.
Complete crap fraud company. Their site charged me only for insurance and then they would not give us the car we chose because we used our debit not a credit card. Then they only give you customer reps in another country who can do nothing.
