Well the wait for tsa at 5am is gonna set you back about 45 minutes and the TSA pre check is the same size as non pre check and there is no clear. Ride to the rental car location on a bus for 10 minutes. Rental cars are few. Nice rental car agent at Hertz. Don't really like this little packed airport.
Car smells like cigarettes
They have the worst customer services even if there cheaper that others they find ways to do extra charges and there staff including the ones on the 1800 number are rude especially the managers in charge, overall I rather go with enterprise even if there a little more expensive than dealing with this type of staff!
If you ever want to have your day ruined, Budget at Pasco airport is phenomenal at it. Somehow they think a 12 seater is an upgrade whenever you book an economy car. Don’t even attempt to get ahold of them by phone cause it’s not happening. Worst customer service I have witnessed in my life.
The gentleman working the counter was absolutely horrible. I reserved a vehicle while only having 2 hours of sleep as my son was in the hospital. Apparently I messed up the date. He offered no assistance and continued to say in a rude manner, "I dont have a car for you". After him saying it 3 time to me, I walked away. I'm thankful Enterprise was there as they helped me with a rental. I will never go back to Budget Rentals.
