BEWARE: Budget Car Rental, at this location, charged me nearly $400.00 for a 2 day rental, that, according to the Rep who "helped" me, when I picked the vehicle up, should have cost $138! After being OVERCHARGED, they fraudulently charged me an additional $100, 9 days later, for FRAUDULENT tolls through the Holland Tunnel and NJ, when I only went to Tarrytown NY and back to the North Bronx. Hey budget and the company you use to run credit checks equifax. Credit check for a car is kinda crazy but that’s beside the point. I rented a car last week with my DEBIT CARD and brought back the car on Wednesday with no issue whatsoever. Today I went to pick up my reservation and I use the same debit card I used the first time only to be told I was denied for it. Uber cost money and if I knew that I was gonna be denied for something that I was approved the first time, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. Thanks budget... read more

I was so pleasantly surprised with this wonderful rental location. They were nice, efficient, and helpful; it was super convenient and the car pick up couldn’t have been better. To clarify, the one star is not for the location; it is for the rental and Budget’s customer service. The car wouldn’t turn on after the first day of my 9 day rental.
