This place has serious honesty problems. I reserved a full size car and they gave me a large Chrysler minivan. I told him I didn't want it and he said it was my only option. I told them I would take a smaller car for the same money. They said there were none. Later Kevin said they were all smoker cars because the lot had quite a few cars sitting there. One of the worst experiences. Never going to rent from this place or Budget. The online check in is not working, asking for zip but no field to enter. Arrived 2 min late and the counter closed and the manager standing on the counter is of 0 help and when called customer service, they asked to pick in airport that’s 30 min away. They just lost a customer and business. Got a better ride from Enterprise that’s 2 min away from this location.
Lots of negative reviews about this place and I wanted to put in my two cents. I’ve rented from this location 4-5 times and never had any issues. There was one time they didn’t have a car in the vehicle class I’d requested and they were courteous enough to call me in advance and let me know. The employees have always been nice and courteous as well.
We use this location for corporate leases but this is personal how horrible it was for me. Pick up time- 12:00pm, the location closes at 12:00pm. No one on site, no other options. Get it together, because I’m going to start just using Uber, or enterprise.
Per their website, I paid in full in advance to reserve the car I wanted. I get there and no car. They try to pawn me off on a subcompact car. I ended up getting a smaller SUV from the guy behind me, returning his car. Now, the issue is that they were supposed to refund the difference in downgrading the reservation and still have not done that. Avoid Budget
