Be very, very careful when you rent here. When you arrive for your car rental they will change the time you are supposed to return the car and then since there is only one person working there you can't return it even when you arrive on time. Take a picture of their clock when you arrive, even if you are standing in line as they will try to get you for extra hourly charges.
Same experience as all the other reviews. Believe them and go elsewhere.
Never again. Dirty car and less than friendly service.
I rent from this location every month to go to VA and have done so the last 4 years to take care of family. The owner is amazingly accomodating and helpful when I need to make last minute reservations due to family emergencies. I have rented a wide range of cars from small to 12 passenger vans and they have all been clean and comfortable. I will not use another agency!
