The lady that attended to me on my arrival, she is so professional, I dont have her name, but she actually stole my heart and so grateful for all the help she rendered.
Will never rent from them again. Poor customer service.
Unbelievably slow. Waited in line for an hour. Got to the counter and told I have to wait some more for them to have a vehicle for me. I had a reservation and I did the pre check-in!
It looks like they want a long waiting line. Staff isn't interested in doing their jobs. Just sit and wait. No wonder turo is getting more popular.
