Will never ever rent from this company again…An absolutely awful experience…besides everything else horrible…. At 7:15 am service is at a stand still. No one cares. They are very dictatorial. They allowed me to book a pick up time of 1am while the location closes at 1am..absolutely unacceptable business practice! Guess what happened? For some reason, a bunch of extra fees were tacked on over what was disclosed when I booked at Costco travel. The guy handing over the car, did not initially give out one with a toll pass even though they had charged for it. The new car was good though. I returned the car 2 mins later than their grace period and I was charged a full extra day of all their airport fees etc even though the hourly rental charge was applied. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The receptionist was rude. I was not told about a $500 hold that would be applied to my card and a credit check due to us visiting from our of state. It was a disaster and I do not recommend. Tom Brady is a lie in his commercials, to drive with ease it was such a hassle and I ended up cancelling my reservation.
