I was given the van at a different location and came to return it here. The pick up location gave me the van with a 3/4 tank but said it was full. I tried to explain this to the person working here but he still made me return the car with a full tank. I turned the car in at the image below and they made me drive 15 minutes to the nearest gas station to top it off. It was short by 1 gallon. Ridiculous and frustrating experience.
I had an excellent experience with Budget Rental. I reached the counter just a couple of minutes after closing time, but the staff still helped me with a smile and even upgraded me to a larger car, something I couldn’t manage online. The car itself was in excellent condition and made my one-way trip from Chicago to Houston smooth and enjoyable. Really appreciate the flexibility and great customer service—highly recommend!
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. We, family of 5 were left in ORD stranded when our flight got cancelled. We needed to get back to Scranton and needed to rent a car on a Sunday morning @ 5.00 am. Booked one way rental via BJs wholesale club and this was the option. They opened @ 7.00 am on a Sunday, and glad I got there early. Had to wait a few mins for the car but it was in great condition, clean, spacious for our family and worked with us. this place called me the day before my move and told me “oops… we have no truck for you”. when i asked if there was another size/location i could pick up from instead they told me to call customer service. customer service told me someone else would call me to find a truck for me. i missed the call because i was at work and now i can’t get in contact with them. now i’m scrambling to find a truck in chicago the hours before my move. terrible service, don’t rent here. what’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t have... read more
Eigenlijk is het gewoon onbehoorlijk en vandaar ook mijn review. De meegelopen persoon liep snel om de auto heen en vroeg mij direct te tekenen voor akkoord. Ik zei: “Mag ik zelf ook even kijken?”. Dat was prima. Minstens negen extra beschadigingen genoteerd, waaronder 2 in de voorruit. Kortom: laksigheid. De auto is 5/8 gevuld! Ziet u dat? En ja, dat zag ik.
