Rented a car. Called location to ask if I could pick up a little earlier in day. Phone bounced to corporate multi times ( was told by counter agent bc location was too busy to pick up phone). Was told by 3 dif. Corporate people on 3 different calls that I could pick up 2 hours earlier them rsvp time without having to return earlier upon return. Hello the car I had was great,it was my first time driving a push button the car servyshis me how it work and I was good ,but I bought the car back a day early and ask will I be charged he said they already charge me for the day I was piss but I didn't wanted to bring it back the next day,am on vacation and I didn't have no one to drive my car to help ,but am still piss I lost that day if anybody read this can help me out to get credit for not using the car please and thank u.
Horrible service and doesn't have cars. And inventory is different from number.
I made a car rental 2 months ago. Called the day before my pickup and they confirmed that everything was good to go. The next day when I was supposed to pick up, an employee called and told me they have NO cars on the lot for me to pick up and there were no local Budget rentals with anything comparable. BAD BUISNESS. Do not rent from here. We had to cancel our trip.
The car I rented was a Dodge Challenger. It had impressive gas mileage. However, I did notice that the steering wheel was quite stiff. But overall, it was a good car. . The customer service and information desk at Budget could benefit from improvements in the information provided to customers. It would be helpful to inform customers about the process after renting a car, such as the electronic receipt issuance, and clearly state how to get to the car.
