If I could give negative stars for this, trust me I would. I rented a one-way car from Chicago to STL for pickup on Sunday. Little did I know, they close at noon on Sunday's, so I was unable to pick up my already-rented car for the day. At no point in the process did Budget contact me to let me know that 1) they are closing and you cannot pick up the car after that time 2) confirm my reservation 3) send any sort of pick-up instructions at all. They deserve zero stars. Absolutely DO NOT rent from here. I reserved a one-way rental and received a damaged car. I did not know it was damaged until the car was in daylight, miles away from Chicago. When I returned the car at my airport, there was no damage report, so I was blamed for the damage. I submitted a dispute stating the car was damaged upon pickup but it was a denied and I received a bill for $2,469.
