Very helpful, friendly
Joe was friendly, helpful and efficient. They’re lucky to have him.
Charged me an extra day after i had already dropped off the car. Got on the phone with them and there was no explanation or offer to be refunded.
Have had several issues with this location. Most recently I had a car pick up for noon on Saturday, which is apparently the same time they close. No one was there, and I received no call to ask if I was still coming (which I’ve gotten before). Why even have that time as an option to pick up when they close then? Customer service was useless when called. Budget really is rolling the dice every time. Enterprise is more expensive but worth it for their reliability.
Jose and his team are absolutely incredible.
