No manager on staff so no one can do anything to help you or even actually deliver on the car you reserved. They literally told me to just go all the way out to the airport like it was no big deal
Worst rental car experience of my life. I book online and my reservation is confirmed. The confirmation email says to bring one form of ID and a credit card. Because he credit car I bring isn’t the one I booked with he cancels my reservation. Then he says no cars. Then he says oh yes they have a car but will need a new reservation. We do that. Then he says he needs two forms of ID to rent me the car. Mind you I have ubered here to get the car, with my 3 year old and her car seat. Now I have to Uber back home.
