Please avoid this place at all cost. Terrible customer service. The owner of this place doesn't honor online rentals and takes up to 45 mins to get car and paper work together. Just bad service everytime I come here. I will be contacting Corporate about this Franchise.

Worst experience ever. Had confronted registration and arrived to find 6 otjer people waiting and no onw at the counter. Waited 40min for owner/agent to appear from cleaning incoming cars. Then to find out he has no cars available. Completely unprofessional business. Had to get a ride to go back to RDU to rent there.

Felix is so kind and had everything ready. Talking directly with him at the store was so helpful, as I called a few times with questions. If flying in and you need to rent a car, get an Uber from the airport and rent from Felix. Save time and money. If you live in the area get it from Felix.
