DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUDGET LOCATION! It was the worst experience, with the worst customer service. We have been renting from Budget for 10 years with no issues. It’s our go to car rental company. We reserved a minivan for an upcoming trip more than 2 months in advance, with a pickup time of 11am. If I could give a quarter star I would. I reserved a car online with my Chime credit card. The amount was taken from account. The next day I got a ride to pick up my rental only to be told at the desk that Budget does not accept Chime. How can this be when I was able to reserve the car and got a whole confirmation email from Budget. Then I was told by the desk agent that I'd need to contact Chime and get them to reverse the charges. What if I were flying in from another state and didn't know anyone here. Place lies about the rates they are charging then charge you more than was agreed upon..they act like it's no big deal screwing customers
