My experience didn’t start off the best since I had reserved a car, but when I arrived, nothing was available. However, CiCi was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t left stranded. She quickly found me another car at a different location and made the process much smoother. Her customer service really turned the situation around, and I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism.

This is the best rental location anywhere. Michael has always provided a fantastic costumer service, always have alternatives, and better vehicles. I've been renting for 6 months. I have seen a lot, even other carriers have left me without a car, but this location always proves above and beyond on costumer service.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUDGET LOCATION! It was the worst experience, with the worst customer service. We have been renting from Budget for 10 years with no issues. It’s our go to car rental company. We reserved a minivan for an upcoming trip more than 2 months in advance, with a pickup time of 11am. When we arrived, the van wasn’t there and we were told there was someone else in line ahead of us. What’s the point of even making a reservation at a certain time if it’s not going to be honored?
