It’s a shame that I have to give a rating for the service at O’Hare as well as Budget Rentals in general. If I had an option to give it zero stars, I would. The customer service at O’Hare is absolutely attrocious! It took me 3 cars and a lot of aggravation from staff to finally find a car that had a working radio and satellite radio, for which I prepaid for.
