I rental the budget rental car couple of weeks ago at O' hare international. Since I was a member I was told to go at their Fasttrack desk. I was waiting in queue for over 30mins and when It finally got to me the staff was really rude and was not answerable at all. I asked for mid size SUV and they hook me up with a Hatchback with was smaller then SUV. And when asked they said you get similar. But A RAV4 and Ford escape is not similar. But I still took it. They charged some extra hidden fees to the credit card that was used for the deposit. Even that the whole bill and book was prepaid. 44.57 USD for fuel. we were clear saying we will refuel the tank before turning the car back and in fact we returned the car full of gas. 8 USD for customer facility charge. 2.75 USD as city surcharge rental. Why these charges were not included in the original bill and the most important why are they charging the gas if we did not accept that service. Had no issues doing fast break. In and out quickly. Car was nice. Got the size we asked for.
