We reserved our 16' truck a week prior to moving from our 2,700 square foot house. We received our confirmation that our truck would be ready for pick up at 10:00am on the day we requested. At 9:05am the morning of our scheduled pick-up day Budget Truck Rental called to tell us that the people who had rented the truck prior to us decided to keep the truck 3 additional days and the truck would not be available for our use.
