We reserved our 16' truck a week prior to moving from our 2,700 square foot house. We received our confirmation that our truck would be ready for pick up at 10:00am on the day we requested. At 9:05am the morning of our scheduled pick-up day Budget Truck Rental called to tell us that the people who had rented the truck prior to us decided to keep the truck 3 additional days and the truck would not be available for our use. Great Service and professional staff My boyfriends car broke down the other day and we had to go get him a rental. Long story short we told them which car he wanted and they started making phone calls and everything to his insurance company and what not to get this situation taken care of. We were in and out.
You Can Count on This One I used to rent with Alamo (I lived in Irving and by showing my local license I was able to avoid airport taxes). I looked around for the best deal from the other guys after I moved to Denton (I always rent for vacation) and found Budget to be the best. There are always specials available (I usually use Passbook coupons but there are internet specials, too) and they're very helpgul at this location.
