This business has changed hands. Beware! Prices are up and service is down. Overpriced oil change, and charged $34 for shop supplies on top (a bit steep?) furthermore I had to call to find out what the extra fee was on the bill. BIll also stated a top up of windshield fluid (not other fluids as most places do) and guess what, it wasn’t done. Look elsewhere for service. I won’t be recommending to friends and family. They are charging top prices for poor service. Lesson learned😬
These guys accommodated me on a really short notice and had buy far one of the best customer service I’ve seen. Got the job done really well and in a record time, I would highly recommend this location
Was having an issue with what I believed to be a fuel issue. Ken and his team diagnosed as a switch behind brake pedal that was faulty, causing the vehicle to go into limp mode. Wasn’t quite 100% on pick up, Ken took the car back, spent the next day and continued until It was right This was all at no charge, as he stood behind the work performed Customer service is becoming like the dodo bird, it’s great to find a shop that still believes in it! My new go to shop!!
Took my SUV in for a muffle replacement … Service was good but when it came time to pay the hidden costs and lack of explaining of “Total Fees” really got to me. The break down or parts and labour I understand but when I called in to ask about the “Total Fees” of $150 the person on the phone was really vague and reluctant to elaborate. Kept saying MSC supplies .. But when I asked wouldn’t that fall under parts they kept going in circles.
