We had such a good experience with Allison, Mike and Austin. They offered knowledge and expertise in helping to pick out and install our window treatments. The customer service was excellent. Our house was a new build so we needed multiple window treatments. Allison was so helpful throughout the process, always returning my calls promptly and making trips to the house to ensure colors and styles worked with our home decor. I had a fantastic experience with Budget Blinds and their whole team! Their pricing was very competitive, and they had my blinds scheduled for installation within a week of placing the deposit. The team was fast, friendly, and professional—and the blinds look amazing! There was a minor hiccup with shipping damage to one of the valences, but they handled it incredibly well. Excellent service. So glad I bought my blinds from them three years ago. Mike and Allison are wonderful to work with. One of my Valence had an issue and they replaced it free of charges. Of course I had to wait a month but that's because the product was on back order at the factory. Highly recommend Budget Blinds!
We’ve had excellent experiences with Budget Blinds over the years. After having our blinds installed in 2014, we recently returned to them for new window treatments following a window renovation. Based on our previous experience, choosing them again was an easy decision.
