One of my blinds needed repair a few weeks ago, and my excellent salesman, Zack Epstein ordered a new one for me and it was installed within three weeks. I am so pleased with their product, customer service, warranty and installation (My installer is also named Zack and is very good at his job. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
