Customer service is horrible. Order custom blinds april of 2025. They came out to to install them in june, within 5 minutes of them leaving the blinds stopped operating. I immediately called them to come back and check what the problem was and was told that i need to get in contact with the saleman. Called numerous times and never reached him. Finally got in touch with someone and and someone came around August to look at the blinds to tell me they have to order new ones. Here its october/november and havent heard anything! ... read more
Horrible experience. Waiting for blinds to be replaced without an update is frustrating. Plus the sales lady who was taken care of my account left the company or was let go. There was no transition at all. Very disappointed

NICE HOME UPDATE We replaced older mini-blinds on the windows with an updated wider blind. The finished job really made the rooms "POP". The blinds are durable, easy to operate and a breeze to clean. What a change - very pleased!! The team at Budget Blinds were customer service oriented and followed through start to finish. Would definitely utilize their services in the future.

Nate was fantastic to work with — very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. He made everything quick and easy.
