Bracsdeh and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly, and neat with the installation of my blinds.
we were very satisfied with the product and the installation. Jeff and Braxton offered great communication and response to feedback. My biggest problem is with the communication of the main office. It took upwards of 6 months for a panel replacement - first with the wrong panel ordered, and mainly with no communication. I’d find myself waiting months to hear from someone, then eventually have to start nagging over the phone to get my concerns addressed. Installers Jeff and Braxton were excellent. Taking 2 starts off because the desk/communications team kept screwing up and never getting back to us when we requested our blinds be fixed. We had to constantly call and nag about getting out blinds fixed. The earlier folks that came over somehow got the measurements wrong.
We had a great experience with Budget Blinds! Braxton and Jeff installed our plantation shutters, and they did an outstanding job. They were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They took their time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and left everything clean when they were finished. We absolutely love how our plantation shutters turned out and would highly recommend Budget Blinds—especially Braxton and Jeff—to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service!
