Excellent quality and great prices. Kenny and Jimmy did a wonderful job installing 9 plantation shutters in less than 3 hours. I would definitely recommend this company.
Budget Blinds is just amazing! I needed 5 large power blinds for my sunroom. It’s a room where my 91 year old mother in law now sleeps because she can no longer climb stairs to her room. The installation was wonderful with one wall mounted remote powering all 5 blinds to go up or down together! These were custom sized and the professional installation and instructions only took 1 hour!
Last week we called and scheduled a technician to come out and look at our windows to measure, show us options, and help us decide what blinds would be best for us. They were supoosed to be at my house today at 12 noon to 1. It is 1pm and i have not heard from them. If they were merely running behind perhaps they should have called. If they do not have the respect of other people's time, i cannot give them a good rating.
I must say my experience with Budget Blinds of Charleston, specifically Steve my salesman far exceeded my expectations. He was on time, answered all mine and my wife's questions thoroughly. He quoted us the best price and the fastest turn around time. His expertise in window treatments showed us options and features that were better than we originally had planned for.
