I had a great experience working with Alan Peak. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and punctual. The only challenging part was the wait for the custom natural shades to be created and shipped. Alan arrived as scheduled, removed the old metal mini blinds, installed the new cordless Roman shades, and completed the job in just 45 minutes. I’m very happy with the results!
Excellent service from start to finish!! Love the auto blinds. They are gorgeous and super easy to operate. Charging them is a snap! The installer Chris should get a raise!! Not only did he do a great job not leaving a mess, instructing us on the use but he also came up with the perfect place to mount the remote! Fabulous!!!
Great experience and value. They were very professional and responsive. There was no pressure during the in-home consultation. Installation was smooth and everything was cleaned up when done. One blind was the wrong size but they quickly ordered a replacement and came back and installed it once it arrived.
