In all things other than creating the custom Blinds, the Budget Blinds staff is good in working with the customer as to what will be the best for their situation whether it’s more light or blackout or anything in between. If only the manufacturing was done in house that would be the ultimate, because their prices are lower than the competition. Because it is custom and comes from a manufacturer, a 4 to 6 week wait is typical.
Working with Budget Blinds (Alyssa and Kyra) was fantastic. Attention to detail, personable and professional service. Cannot wait to see my new dining room Zebra Blinds; chose from variety fabric, pattern, color options. So far, so good! Highly recommend.
I had a terrific experience ordering my blinds. The showroom was very helpful to examine various products and the customer service representative, Alyssa, was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. And the in-home consultation and measurement with Fran was quick and easy. I look forward to receiving my new blinds and having them installed. Thank you!!
I had a wonderful experience with Budget Blinds for an outdoor shade install. I had an existing shade that needed replaced and was having issues getting service from the company who does work for that brand. I reached out to Budget Blinds who immediately responded. Within a few weeks I had a new shade in place! The installation crew that removed the old shade and installed the new shade were timely, personable, and efficient. I am so happy we chose Budget Blinds of Omaha Central. I will use them for future projects.
