My sales rep, David, was beyond knowledgeable and professional taking a personal interest in my selections and discussing decor and ambience. The shades were installed without issues, no messy reminder that work had been done at each window. Installer was on time, did his job and was friendly and respectful. The product itself was exactly as advertised and I have been extremely happy with them now for six months; no problems.
