I had a very disappointing experience with Budget Blinds of Northern & Jacksonville Beach. The owner, David Phillips, came to my home, took the measurements, and provided samples. I paid the initial amount we agreed upon. On installation day, his installer Grant Carson (who was very polite and professional) arrived, removed the old blinds, and was ready to start installing.
