Prior to meeting Matt S, sales rep, I had scheduled a second company to come out the next day. That appointment was canceled. The shutters are beautiful and functional, with an amazing warranty. Installers Anthony W and Matthew R were prompt and efficient. I am extremely happy!
Budget Blinds caused damage during install and left a mess after themselves, claiming professionalism.Terrible customer service. Installer showed up and hung shades incorrectly and damaged window casing, filling it with epoxy. Second tech came out and could not fix the mess either. Finally, the original person who measured came out to fix the damage. He left plaster dust everywhere even though we requested that the room be protected multiple times via text and email.
