Absolutely horrible experience with their staff. If you walk off the street as a homeowner they may be just ok but for business to business operations they are absolutely awful. Tamala can take a long walk off a short pier; she's hung up on my staff numerous times, including me, she's been incredibly unhelpful in resolving balances, and has gone so far as to yell at our staff with our efforts to resolve this and still acts puzzled when we clearly explain the why's, what's and how's of what we need. Our most excellent experience started with Matt coming out and working with us on a variety of options for our window coverings. We had just installed 19 brand new windows and the casing required a pivot from our previous blinds. Matt was communicative, punctual, creative and knowledgeable. They offer a wide range of products, fabrics, and price points—far beyond what you might expect from the name “Budget.” They even have some high-end materials that really impressed us. The quality of the shutters and shades we chose was excellent, with great craftsmanship. Everyone involved did a great job!
Hands down best company experience I’ve had in awhile. From the consultation to the installation the whole process was easy and flawless. Matthew and Anthony let me watch them install the blinds while describing the functions and the warranty. I will definitely be giving budget blinds of Franklin a call in the future.
