Mike showed up on time to give us an estimate. He was very polite and patient during the entire time at our house. I have 2 young boys that wanted my attention and his as well and he was friendly and kind. He showed me the products and my options. He had a lot of good suggestions and the price was less than 2 other major companies that quoted. Their lead time was also 1/2 of which was quoted by the other companies.
