I had high expectations after reading some glowing reviews and Mike exceeded them, by spending extra time & getting every detail exactly right. His installer was fast and professional, and best of all, I really love everything we got. I highly recommend this Budget Blinds business, Mike went the extra distance (literally, by coming back just to show us an alternative that had gone on sale) and we really appreciated it.

We had new blinds installed on all the windows in our house. Great - they were extremely patient with us as we took a long time to explore a bunch of options and debate things like wood vs faux and color and style. They also took the time to explain all the options and examine an old plantation shutter we had and whether we would be able to match it ever or if we should just take it down and put up matching blinds.

Came to my home with samples for rolling blinds. Selection process was easy and they had all the necessary tools to show me all of my options and were able to confirm what would and wouldn't work in my particular circumstance. They were courteous and helpful! Blinds look amazing! Wish I had done the entire house

We couldn't be happier with the service or the product! We made a mistake and selected the wrong kind of blinds. Mike went way above and beyond expectations to make sure we were happy. Even though it was our mistake, when the blinds did not suit us, Mike was able to negotiate a replacement of all our blinds with the company at no additional charge! We plan to add blinds in another room next year, and we'll definitely be calling on Mike to do the work for us!

I am ECSTATIC about my blind purchase from Budget Blinds. Mike was super helpful in determining what I needed to buy, very friendly, professional, and arrived right on time! My blinds were installed a few days later with no problems at all. Andy did an excellent job with the installation, arrived EARLY for my appointment, and installed blinds on all fifteen windows in only 1 hours!!!! Incredible! I have purchased approximately 12 sets of blinds from Budget Blinds over a 6 month period. I am happy I did! Every aspect of the procedure was a pleasant one. From the time I called to make the initial appointment until the actual installation it was nothing but an on time, seamless procedure. I am pleased with the quality of their products as well as the professionalism of the people involved. When I need more blinds I will definitely call Budget Blinds!
