When I met Tim, I was very pleased with how informed and patient he was with me. He even came out a second time to go over the estimate with my husband. I thought we were in really good hands. We placed our order in November and now January with no word from them. Is this normal in the 'blinds' world? We did ordered 8+weeks ago and paid 50% up front. When I tried to reach back out to get an idea on expected delivery times, we received no word back. I would have hoped for a call or email back with some level of correspondence... read more
Worst customer service and experience I have a lever had. Clearly they don’t care about their reviews or word of mouth marketing.
I am giving this review 2 stars rather than 1 due to the estimate/measurement process... that process was smooth sailing - it was easy to schedule a measurement date and they were efficient in their measurements and quote. So if you are unsure of what you want for blinds/shades this might be useful for you in the early stages. Otherwise, their service was not great. From pay to final installation (it needed a fix), it took approx. 4 months. So if you're looking for something with a quick turnaround, this may not be your best... read more

My experience with Budget Blinds, and the owner Tim Burr was excellent. I bought a number of blinds... pricing was very competitive. Most important to me was service after the sale... hard to find in the window covering industry. One of the motorized blinds had a problem, and Tim ordered a whole new blind and send an installer out to install it and program it to my timer and remote. Excellent service.
